LT Custom creates new position of VP, Sales and Marketing.

   Richard Kauffman was hired to fill this position in July 2008 and reports to the President. Richard has served in leadership positions in both retail and fixture manufacturing companies.

   Richard took his first retail job in 1975 as a Display Manager for a national department store chain. In 1984, after progressing to the Corporate Offices in Chicago, Richard moved to the supply side of the industry and has been creating and marketing designed solutions to retailers ever since.

   Mr. Kauffman has a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Miami University and brings a unique combination of talents and experience to the position.
